Yes it is. This was our rental property several years, we thought we had a good renter but in the time she lived in the house her life kinda fell apart and she didn’t take care of our property. When looking at it, it’s honestly not terrible, she just did a bunch of stuff that doesn’t make much sense. At the end of all of it, the heating/ air outside unit was stolen from the property shortly after we evicted our tenant and still have no evidence or idea where that unit may be. It was only 4 years old and was purchased for around $6000- but would need a new unit. It does have a natural gas heater. The flooring is mostly laminate flooring but due to water leak, 1/2 the first floor is ruined. Home Depot still has the flooring so could just replace what is damaged. 2 windows have the glass busted in them. One window I can replace the glass for $40 so might have that one fixed myself. The other window was brand new around $400, not sure if just glass can be replaced. I plan on fixing broken pipes as well. The roof could also use an update, especially over the porch and attached shed. The roof above the actual house is still in good condition. The upstairs can be one big bedroom or can slit into two separate. We technically lived in it as a 2 bedroom 1 bath house as we used the entire upstairs a master suite. All brand new windows upstairs and several downstairs. It does have a fenced in yard but the fence is in poor condition. Pretty decent sized yard with parking off the back alley way. It’s located near Pittsburg high school and block away from a gas station and a dollar general.
