Located in a great residential area of Port Charlotte minutes from beaches, numerous restaurants, shopping, Sam's Club, movie cinema and much more. Our home is ready for you to come and enjoy your vacation. Smoke free home with everything included (elec, water, cable, internet etc...). Fully furnished and stocked with dishes and silverware for 8 (including wine glasses). Bakeware, serving dishes, glasses, mugs, pots & pans are also provided. Small appliances are supplied and consist of a toaster, coffee maker, blender, crock pot, air fryer and an instant pot. A large pantry is located right next to the kitchen to store your food supplies. The home's closed in, air-conditioned lanai, overlooks a large, back yard with a beautiful, mature oak tree (on a large corner lot), perfect for your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. If you prefer being outside, there's a canopied area right outside of the lanai's back door that provides a shady spot for an outdoor area to enjoy your morning coffee or glass of wine. The canopied area is where you'll also find a grill to barbeque your steaks and burgers and a fire pit for your enjoyment. A laundry room is located just off the kitchen which stores an iron and ironing board for your use. There's plenty of parking in the oversized driveway and room for boats/trailer/rvs etc. Pets are allowed but require a deposit and must be pre-approved. This is a smoke free home so no smoking or vaping is allowed inside the home, outside only. The minimum age to rent this property is 35. Please note this is a short term vacation home with everything included, not a full time rental.
