The current resident has lived here for 7 years ... so basically everything is, if not awesome, very livable. I (the owner) lived here 1980-86 and loved the feel one gets from awakening in a house with no particle board (except cabinets) ... something about living with Zero exotic chemicals that is restful. The short lease period is because I appreciate freedom, so after six months one is free to go month-to-month. Pictures ... I am 70 and not yet very good with adding pictures ... but surely you are capable of finding a google earth picture. I can and do text, though ... please text when you call 406-422-7832.
