There is a community pool in the HOA available for tenant use. The home will also need to be properly kept so as not to have an accumulation of stuff outside the home. There is room to park an RV behind the gates. The home is vacant and available now. In order to qualify the tenant(s) must have a combined income of no less than $4500 per month, and must submit to a credit check. Utilities will be the responsibility of the tenant(s) including water, power, gas, trash, and cable (if desired). To apply for this property you acknowledge that you understand these parameters and should you be selected, you will be required to enter into a 1 year lease. Once your application has been reviewed we will ask for a $45 fee to perform a credit check.
