Private room with it's own entrance. The front patio looks out at the LaPlata Mountains and Mesa Verde National Park. The house is located very near the Sleeping Ute, Lowry Pueblo, Hovenweep National Monument and Canyons of the Ancients National Monument. The room has an electric fireplace and an A/C unit for the summer months. This room is perfect for traveling nurses, physicians, medical interns or other professionals in the area for a brief time.
LEASE: A lease is available from 3 months to one year, according to tenant's needs. First/last and security deposit are flexible depending on length of stay.
The rental property is a suite connected to the main house with a private outside entrance. We're located 11 miles from Southwest Memorial Hospital, approx a 17 min drive, in a quiet rural area with neighboring houses situated on approx 5 acre lots. The unit has a separate kitchenette area w/storage for clothes and/or groceries. The kitchenette has a 10.7 cf refrigerator, a microwave, a toaster oven/ air fryer combo/ and sink. The Kitchenette is equipped with plates, forks and knives, dishes and some kitchen towels. The bath area is separate with dbl sinks, jacuzzi tub and full shower. There is a separate toilet area, the floor and countertop are tile. The bedroom area has a queen size bed, couch, and electric fireplace; there is a ceiling fan for cooling in the warmer weather and for heat dispersal when using the fireplace for warmth. There is also a freestanding air conditioner in the unit for our hotter months. TV can be accessed through wifi/firestick for viewing, streaming and, or, music. There are bath towels and bedding available, but you can bring your own if you prefer. There is no hair dryer in the unit so if you use one you may want to bring your own. There is a washer/dryer in the main house that is available for moderate use.
There are no pets, smoking and or drug use/partying permitted in the unit or on the outside property. Limited alcohol use OK. Trash removal and bathroom/kitchen maintenance are the tenant's responsibility. This unit is intended for one occupant. Parking space for one car is available.
