Our home is located in inner SE PDX between hip Hawthorne and culinary Division St in a quiet neighborhood which is close to everything! There are gorgeous wood floors in the kitchen and large windows throughout the apartment allow for tons of bright, natural light to fill the home all day long. The living room is a perfect sitting area overlooking the beautifully landscaped front yard. It has wonderful lighting (as do the two bedrooms). Bedrooms are spacious and have deep closets for storage and there are two other storage closets; one in the kitchen and one in the hallway. The bathroom, also freshly remodeled, has a spacious clawfoot tub for a relaxing evening bath, as well as a shower. Newly remodeled kitchen, includes new quality appliances, refinished hardwood floors and a beautiful kitchen nook with two tables and benches surrounding it. Leases will be available for start date beginning October 1st - October 15th only. - Renter pays $125 set fee for utilities each month for Single Occupancy or $175 for Double occupancy and includes Gas, Electric, Water, Trash and Internet (which is shared with the downstairs tenant). - Small dog or cat under 20lbs permitted with additional $200 refundable security deposit and pet rent of $25/mo - This unit is the top floor of a remodeled craftsman home with a shared front porch and foyer entrance. - This is a very cute and quaint home with a tenants below and is ideal for folks looking for a quiet, peaceful home setting.
