Private room with 2 windows and 2 larger bi fold closet doors. Right next to the bathroom and laundry room. Shared living space. If you have a pet there is a monthly pet fee of 100$ per animal. Smoking is outside only not in the garage. I have a 4-6 car drive way where you can park. Parking can also be in the street. Be clean and respectful. If you plan on sharing a room with someone it's gonna be more than 900$. 900$ is only for a single person/single room.
