The last tenant moved out back in the spring. The home has been locked up and secured since then. The roof and foundation of the home are in good shape. As you can see from the pictures, the interior of the home needs a lot work! But the work is all cosmetic and not structural in nature. The furnace is there as is the hot water heater. The electrical meter will need to be replace. I bought the home with the intent of remodeling it, but I’ve moved on to other projects and haven’t had time to dedicate to this home. My estimate is that the home needs $10-$15k to maximize the value of the home. That means you’re getting a GREAT deal if you’re willing to make the investment and do the work that I’m not.
