No illegal activity is allowed at any time. 8. Repairs and Maintenance Tenant must notify landlord promptly about any needed repairs. Tenant is responsible for any damage caused by misuse or neglect. Landlord will handle major repairs not caused by tenant. 9. Entry Landlord may enter the unit with 24-hour notice for inspections, repairs, or showings. No notice is required in case of emergency. 10.
