Main cabin is fully skirted with access door for dry storage under the cabin. The cabin posts have been replaced when needed. Little Cabin Downstairs (16' L x 12' W): Wall-mount propane heater; Queen bed on 24' high bed frame for plenty of storage under the bed; pots/pans, toaster oven, shower room with a door, counter cabinet; Shower Room has shower, big water tank, 36" counter with cabinets under. Fill water tank via hose and drain it prior to freeze-up. There is a nice deck outside the guest cabin as well for adding chairs or if you wanted, another barbecue. Little Cabin Loft (8' L x 16' W): Sturdy new metal stairs with handrail to loft. Loft has full size futon and a tv, and one window. 1 green canoe that is located at September Lake about a mile away at most; the oars at the cabin in the tool shed. The water well is 65' deep and excellent tasting water with fantastic pressure. I've never once run out of water and watered the lawn for 6-8 hours one day last year and years when its dry. The water runs through a filter system too. The Tool/Generator/Wood shed (20' L x 16' W) has a big Cabella's 4000 Outdoorsman Series generator on wheels that is only a few years old which is hooked up to the well (240 volt / 120 volt), you can run the power to the cabins off that, or you can add your own quieter one to run the cabins on. There is a Craftsman big tool chest in the shed and lots of tools (snow shovels, dirt shovels, rakes, hoes, axes, hatchets.) There is enough wood to get through at least one winter (weekend use). 1 hammock for lounging in as well. There are about 6 or 8 plastic Adirondack chairs with footrests too and end tables. New shingles on wood shed roof applied about 4 years ago. Outhouse (4' x 4') is one butt seat and was readjusted about 3 years ago.
