The second efficiency apartment below the top one opens out onto the pool deck and the bed in that apartment is a queen-sized Murphy Bed that can be left open or closed into the wall. A stackable washer and dryer are on ground floor by the pool and there is also an outside shower in back of the home where there is additional parking as well. Enjoy a cookout by the private tropical pool after a hard day at the beach. Pets are NOT allowed. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $175 and be asked to leave. Renter will cover all gas, water, electric and internet.
