We also offer special lease rates for military personnel. Our typical lease is 12 months. Short term leases are available; please speak to our staff. There is no security deposit. Residents pay a one time, non-refundable $400 move in fee. There is also a $300 move out/cleaning fee at the end of the lease. Resident pays for electric and gas. Internet, trash, water and sewer are included in the rent.
