This is a spacious single family home with hardwood flooring throughout, rooms are carpeted, the kitchen floor is ceramic tile, central air and heat and a laundry room is available. One of the rooms has already been rented; however, two rooms are available, the master and guest room. The master has a walk in closet and private bathroom with a shower and is therefore being rented for $550 a month. The guest room cost is $450. The bathroom in the hallway will be shared with the other tenant. Utilities and ground upkeep are not included with the rent and therefore must be divided among the tenants. Rent is month to month and is due on the first and is considered late after the fifth. There is a $40 application fee. Rent paid after the fifth will result in a $50 late fee. No smoking allowed inside the house. Also, they who are not listed on the lease ARE NOT allowed to stay for more than two nights in the house. Intended damage to lighting fixtures, appliances and property will result in immediate eviction.
