This is the perfect Wimberley location, less than 10 minutes from H-E-B Grocery, Wimberley town square with many cute shops and restaurants, recreational tennis courts, Quicksand Golf Course, Cypress Falls, Jacobs Well, and Blue Hole Regional Park. The apartment is part of a double unit house with an adjoining 3-bedroom unit that has a separate entrance. The cowboy pool and fire pit in the backyard are exclusive to Unit 1. Some closet spaces are closed for housekeeping supplies. Pets, smoking, fireworks, and parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the entire reservation. A $50 replacement fee per key applies if any keys are not returned to the lockbox. This is a dark sky community, so please shut off any lights when not in use. Please adhere to HVAC rules by not setting the thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling) and adjusting by no more than 2 degrees per hour. Keep doors and windows closed to avoid overloading the system. As this is a rural property, wildlife such as birds, reptiles, and deer may be encountered, and services may be limited compared to urban settings. Texas is known for its bugs, but proactive measures are taken to manage this. Please keep windows and doors closed and feel free to use the bug spray provided under the sink.
