Ground level recently remodeled two bedroom, one bath apartment located in the quiet town of Chaffee, Missouri. Tenants are responsible for all utilities and Internet. Trash is provided by the property owner. We require a one year lease after the first year. The lease automatically goes into a month to month agreement with a requirement of 60 day notice prior to moving out. Rent is due at the first of each month. There are compounding late fees when rent is not paid on time. We do allow small pets under 15 pounds. There is not a laundry hook up inside this apartment, but we have a coin operated laundry on site.
