House has large 25 X 40 attached shop/garage with heat. Large storage shed in backyard.Backyard is fenced and has a large deck off of kitchen into backyard. The heat and air were installed new in 2006 and we had them add a humidifier to the system also. We replaced the water softener in the house this year. The house will be freshly painted when we move out a neutral color. The house has new windows in the upstairs and we have replaced the storm windows since we bought it. All interior doors have been replaced. Ceiling fans are all newer and garage door and opener were replaced. There is an attic fan and attics have had insulation added to them. The fridge and stove in kitchen will stay and there is a second fridge and a deep freeze downstairs that will stay.
