Guests have access to the entire house via keypad entry, except for the locked owner's closet. There are two cameras on the front and side of the cabin for security purposes. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. A guest verification process is required, including a simple screening within 48 hours of booking confirmation and signing a rental agreement. A non-refundable $55 damage waiver is required, covering accidental damage reported before check-out.
