We have a 1BR upstairs apartment available now with a max rent of $660/month and we will have a 2BR upstairs apartment available around August 15 with a max rent of $720/month. Rent is based on 30% of the household income when rental assistance is available. We currently have 1 unit of rental assistance and it will go to the first household to qualify. Tenant is responsible for the electricity/heat, but each household does receive a $92/month utility allowance for the 1BR and a $76/month utility allowance for the 2BR to put towards that utility.
