The recently refitted kitchen, has Bosch stainless steel appliances, a keurig coffee machine, a flat screen TV with ROKU and HULU. There is an option for a third bedroom for an additional monthly fee. It's a large room with a queen bed, a cozy lounge and TV to relax in, with French doors out onto the patio. The monthly rental includes all utilities charges including Wi-Fi. This is a six month winter rental from November 1. Property is fully furnished and move-in ready. Owner pays for all utilities, including water, oil, electric, wi-fi and HULU streaming. There is space for two cars. Smoking/vaping is not permitted on the property. Small dogs accepted subject to discussion.
