Off-street parking is available along the trailer and lot as well. Tenant responsible for paying rent of $450 Bi-weekly and additionally utilities. No pets, no smoking in the home. Rent is paid every other Friday and utilities are not included in rent, and there is no on-site laundry or trash pickup. No security deposit is required, only the first two weeks rent ( or however much you would like to pay in advance including first two weeks rent).
