Reduced rent in exchange for caretaker duties including grass mowing and trimming, lawn and landscape watering, weeding, trash removal 1x per week, swimming pool upkeep (in between professional cleanings) and other light duties. Main duties during spring and summer months, very light duties balance of the year. Owner pays for water tenant for heat and electric. Lease term one year then month to month with 30 days notice.
