Tenant/caretaker needed for studio apartment with garage on a beautiful Northern Kentucky farm. Conveniently located between two exits off of I-75. Major Kroger store and various restaurants available on each exit, one two miles away the other four. The home is located on a gorgeous and peaceful 200+ acre farm. The main house is our second home and we are there most weekends. The studio apartment sits above a detached three-car garage and is most appropriate for one person, perhaps a couple. Many windows, engineered wood floors, full bathroom, full kitchen and washer dryer in unit, plus the use of a one car garage. Reduced rent in exchange for caretaker duties including grass mowing and trimming, lawn and landscape watering, weeding, trash removal 1x per week, swimming pool upkeep (in between professional cleanings) and other light duties. Main duties during spring and summer months, very light duties balance of the year. Owner pays for water tenant for heat and electric. Lease term one year then month to month with 30 days notice. No smoking. One vehicle allowed on the property and there is a garage with remote.
