The house is approximately 3,000 sq. feet, quiet, and professionally cleaned every two weeks. Owners live on site and there is ample safe street parking in an established neighborhood. Amenities: Shared use of the well-appointed kitchen, family room, dining/living room, and back deck (spanning the width the back of the house). Outdoor gas BBQ, high speed internet, WiFi, electric, gas, water, and garbage are included in rent. This is a non-smoking home, and we do not accept pets. Terms The monthly rent is $1300, with a refundable deposit of $500. A non-refundable move-out cleaning fee of $150 is also required upon move-in.
