Membership is $299 per year and is charged at the time of renting. B A C K G R O U N D C H E C K: We do require a background check and income verification as part of the member onboarding process. This is processed one time and is valid on any of our stays for up to 1 year. A G R E E M E N T: Upon approval of the background check, you will be required to sign a lease agreement in accordance with LA city laws for the duration of your reservation. P E T S: We are pet-friendly. Dog breed restrictions apply, no exotic animals of any kind. There is an additional pet fee of $150 per month for reservations with pets with a maximum of 2 pets. Please contact us to confirm if your dog's breed will be accepted. P A R K I N G: This stay comes with complimentary onsite gated parking with a designated outside parking spot.
