Georgia will be more than happy to show you the model apartment and the location of your new apartment once the credit and background check are cleared through her.
1st floor apartment, so no stairs to deal with!
We were the very first tenants in this apartment. Everything is a little over a year old, and you will be the second tenant once you take over the lease.
Photos attached are of the model apartment, but the floor plan is the exact same. To start the credit check, Georgia will need name, DoB, email, and phone number. All appliances come with the apartment, including washer and dryer.
We are leaving on Friday, February 12th, and the apartment will be professionally cleaned on that Saturday the 13th at our expense so you can move into a nice, clean home; with move in time for Monday the 15th since the office is closed on Sundays.
Rent is paid through the month, so half of the rent will be payable to us through either a certified check or money order of $400.
There is a $30 application fee per adult (Arrive Skyline policy). Water and trash are transferred through Arrive Skyline. You will need to set up your own internet services, and a power account with Idaho Power.
