There may be ongoing city improvement work in the neighborhood, including detours and rerouting. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. In the event that you need to use the hard key, please place it back in the lockbox before departing. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key. Primary guest must be at least 21 years old and must be present for the entire reservation. Smoking and parties or events are not allowed. Fireworks are not allowed.
