"Where the city meets the country" The apartment is the living quarters of an 1920 golf clubhouse. The entrance is on the side of the house, where it takes you up a set of stairs. There is a full bathroom. Two rooms with slanted ceilings - one houses the washer and dryer, the other has been previously used as a bedroom. There are two coat closets in the hallway that leads to the kitchen, living room, and bedroom. The living room is a big open space with a wide, arched doorway. The kitchen is spacious, has the original open shelf pantry, and room for more shelving if needed. The bedroom is at the very end of the hallway and is connected to the very best room of the house - a small south-facing sun room. The only original windows left in the house are showcased here. All utilities are covered by the landlord as well as internet. The lease is marked as 30 days because we do a month to month lease for legal reasons, but our tenants generally stay for a couple of years. The location is excellent. Libertyville has amazing school systems. We live in a quiet neighborhood that boasts two conservation areas you can explore.
