One of my favorite lots, love to camp out here! Eastbound trains run adjacent to the lot (westbound run on a track a half-mile north), Cienega Creek Preserve (a County Park) is adjacent to the railroad tracks. The castle on the hill can be seen from the lot. RH zone allows mobile homes & horses. Electric is available at lot, septic & well necessary. Water-table is near the surface. Cienega Creek is one of the only perennial streams in SE Arizona. Assessor says it's 4.01 acres but GIS map data shows it's 2.74. Since the lot existed before 1985, the Pima County Assessor certified that it is "grandfathered" into RH zoning, which requires 4.3 acres. Very unique lot!
