This is a newer house, built in 2006 and located in a great neighborhood! It is 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is handicap accessible. The house comes fully furnished! All furniture, appliances, internet, water, sewer, electric, and lawn care are included! The house also includes a two car carport so your vehicles won't have to sit out in the sun. This house comes fully furnished which is perfect for traveling workers needing a place to stay for a few months. With that in mind, our lease is on a month to month basis and we can be flexible with the terms of your stay! Although we do not require renters insurance, we do highly recommend it as we do not insure your personal belongings. This is a NO SMOKING house and smoking inside will be an automatic forfeit of your deposit. No indoor pets permitted in the house. Outdoor pets may be accepted but must be approved prior to having the pet on the property (No aggressive dog breeds).
