All cigarette butts should be disposed of properly and not discarded in or around the grounds of the property. 2. Tenant is required to use reasonable care and avoid damaging the hardwood floors of the leased premises, other than ordinary wear and tear. Tenants should use pads, carpeting, or some other type of protection to prevent scratching and gouging of the hardwood floors. 3. Tenant is required to use non-invasive adhesives for wall hangings, such as Command Strips. Tenant may not use nails, tacks, or other fasteners in the walls. 4. Tenants are required to respect the peace and quiet enjoyment of their neighboring tenants. 5. Tenant is responsible for replacing all light bulbs and regularly replacing batteries in all smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors within the leased premises. 6. Tenants are required to properly dispose of all garbage and debris in the trash receptacles. No garbage, debris, furniture, boxes, etc. may be left outside the trash receptacles. 7. Tenants are required to leave the leased premises broom clean on move out and to remove all items of personal property, garbage and debris before returning possession of the leased premises to Landlord. 8.Tenants are required to use due care in the use of the mailboxes and to avoid breaking them, other than ordinary wear and tear.
