Employed and making at least two times the rent a month. 4. Has a cell phone to be contactable. 5. Polite, respectful and responsible. We don't want to deal with rude and disrespectful manners. First probational lease is 6 months only and will be renewed for 12 months with the same terms and conditions past the probation period.
