Almost everything is an upgrade in this house including extensive crown molding, tray ceilings, extensive wainscot, granite countertops and upgraded cabinets with hardware in all bathrooms and kitchen. Luxury master bath has jetted tub, ceiling to floor tile shower with rainhead and seating, brushed nickel faucets, framed mirrors and upgraded ceramic floor warmer tile. The upstairs master has a beautiful tray ceiling and a giant walk in closet the size of a small room and a sitting area with another separate walk in closet. The upstairs laundry room is huge also with a nice size table and a lot of cabinet space above. Every room has nice size walk in closet with 3 of them having double vertical shelving racks installed to take advantage of the tall ceiling space. Two of the secondary rooms upstairs have a jack and jill bathroom adjoining them with the shower and toilet in a separate room from the double sinks. The next bedroom across has a full ensuite bathroom. There is a huge bonus room with double closets which qualify it to be the 6th bedroom. The bedroom downstairs was built in lieu of the "study" listed on the plan in one of the pictures and also has it's own full bath with a big walk in closet. We added window blinds including plantation shutters costing $3375.00 and converted the "dead space" under the stairwell into a nice size closet for coats and such. The whole house has upgraded specialty lighting with ceiling fans in living room and 3 bedrooms. We had installed (Premium LVP) upgraded 6" wide wood laminate floor planks as well. Upgraded hardwood "L shaped" stairs going up to the second level with iron baluster railing. The oversized 2 car garage has high 10 foot ceiling with 4' 2" bump out. We have had overhead shelving installed by "Safe Racks" to give more room. The back patio has been extended to 30' long by 12' wide. The yard was recently fenced in with 2 swing gates for easy access into the back from the front yard and easy access out the back into the natural area into the woods located down the sloped hill. There is also a nice walking trail loop at the end of our dead end street which we enjoy a lot! We have loved living in this home and it has been cared for but we are soon empty nesters and looking to downsize in the near future. We are willing to pay a buyers agent commission with an acceptable offer but we DO NOT need a listing agent and are in no way desperate to move. We are just testing the waters to see if we have any interest in our desired price range. We are very flexible with an interested party's timing. APPLIANCES 2019 taxes listed are incorrect, it is $2280 yearly ($190 monthly). Our backyard is wide but it is not deep.
