The Loft is a newly built and beautiful condominium/apartment located conveniently in downtown Cheyenne, two blocks south of Cheyenne Regional Medical Center and just across the parking lot from Starbucks. Immaculate, private, spacious and full of natural light, this gorgeous property above a law firm provides a perfect retreat after a busy day of work or adventuring. Ample parking, a well-equipped kitchen, cozy living room, separate bedroom with room-darkening shades, and easy access to conveniences, medical care, restaurants, entertainment and Interstates makes this the perfect choice for the discerning long-term-stay professional or traveler. The Loft is strictly non-smoking and pet-free. Trash, water, and wifi are included in your rent, and you only pay $175/month for gas and electric unless the month's bill exceeds $250. Please note that the extra half bathroom is shared with the law office downstairs; you're unlikely to encounter anyone using it during non-business hours. We've worked hard to anticipate what you'd enjoy during your visit to Cheyenne, and we've designed a space meant for relaxing and refueling. Over-the-air television is available in the living room, along with the usual apps on the smart TV to sign into with your own accounts (Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc). A DVD player and a few DVDs are available as well, and some of our favorite games are tucked away too. Convenient on-site laundry is free of charge. Air conditioning will keep you cool on the rare occasions when Cheyenne's heat becomes too much. Room-darkening shades in the serene bedroom allow you to comfortably sleep in, while sitting areas in both the bedroom and living room allow the early riser to enjoy the space while someone else naps. Enjoy your shower with extra jets and plenty of room. Set your laptop up on the desk, the counter-height table, or at the bar counter. There's room for you all to work. The Cheyenne Greenway, swimming pool, Frontier Park, groceries and the library are just minutes away. Other things to note: Since a professional office is downstairs, reasonable noise levels are required during business hours or on the rare occasions when weekend and evening work is demanded by office deadlines. We ask that shoes be removed on the stair landing to maintain a high level of cleanliness. Unfortunately, the Loft is not able to accommodate children. Electric candles only please, as some of the building's occupants may have allergies. The no-smoking and no-pet policies are strictly enforced.
