We offer virtual apartment tours by scheduling a day and time for the tour and then we will reach out to you at that scheduled day/time for the virtual tour. If after seeing an apartment on a virtual tour you are interested in applying then we will schedule for you to meet us in the rental office to start the rental application process. Please note that we offer a flexible twelve month agreement whereby you can move out before the twelve months by giving 60 days written notice to vacate and forfeiting half the security deposit amount which is equal to the rent amount.
