The three things I'm looking for in a renter: 1. A mature, stable, responsible person who is gainfully employed. No State Assistance 2. Drama-free, smoke-free, drug-free. No exceptions....except medical marijuana with valid RX card 3. If selected, all adults must submit to a full background check, which includes, but is not limited to the following reports: full employment history, 5 years of financials, criminal and sex offender background checks, bankruptcy reports, full credit score and credit history, evection notices, etc. Water, Sewer, Trash Pick-up, Snow Removal, Lawn Service ALL included with rent!
