Guest parking is available in designated areas. Tenants and their guests must comply with all community parking rules and regulations.
8. Community Amenities:
Tenant will have access to the community pool and clubhouse in accordance with the HOA/community rules. Tenants must follow all posted guidelines and hours of operation.
9. Occupancy Limits:
The unit shall be occupied only by the individuals listed in this lease agreement. Overnight guests are permitted.
10. Maintenance and Repairs:
Tenant agrees to maintain the property in good condition and to notify the landlord promptly of any issues. Tenant is responsible for damages caused by misuse or negligence.
11. Entry by Landlord:
The landlord may enter the property with [24-hour] notice for inspections, repairs, or showings, unless there is an emergency.
12. Termination and Renewal:
At the end of the lease term, this agreement may be renewed by mutual agreement. If tenant wishes to vacate, a 60-day written notice is required.
