Newly remodeled short & mid term rental property. We have direct access to the trails at one of Tennessee's best ATV parks (Brimstone Recreation). You can drive your ATV to and from the trails without having to load it on your trailer each time. We are also close to Ride Royal Blue, Big South Fork National Park, Knoxville, & about an hour and half from Pigeon Forge. The home is furnished with everything you would need including a new washer & dryer & new appliances and furniture including very comfortable beds! This house is available February 5th through 29th. We usually use it as a short term rental property and it goes back to short term on March 1st. We will be open to book weekly from March through November!
