I'm in the process of leaving my 1 unit bedroom currently available in the Trilogy NoMa complex just north of the NoMa metro stop. I'm looking for someone to take over the unit through the duration of the lease, at least through August 2015 (couples more than welcome, pets ok with deposit paid to leasing office). The unit comes equipped with:* Stainless steel appliances (Dishwasher, Stove - with a glass cooktop, Microwave, and Refrigerator)* Large kitchen island* Washer/Dryer in-unit* (Surprisingly) large bathroom, tall shower and curved curtain rod for extra space* Walk-in closet with ample storage space* Large double-sets of windows* Slightly furnished (1 couch, 1 futon and bar stools if you would like them - pictures available upon request)* Tons of community space (movie room for rent, meeting spaces, outdoor patios, a pool, and 2 gyms. It doesn't matter which building you're in, you can access everything in the community. The complex also offers free metro shuttle service)(More pictures available if you want them, and those featured show the general layout, in addition to the last 3 which show community features)The unit is on the 2nd floor of the community facing the main street, so there's minimal noise. The community has a few ZipCars on site so if you reserve them quickly enough, you can just park them out front. There is also a large amount of garage parking but that's a separate charge (no cars here but you can always add one to your lease).Aside from the apartment, the location is pretty ideal. It's walking distance to the largest Harris Teeter in DC, a short 10 minute drive from Costco, close to several restaurants and convenience stores. The community is very safe and surprisingly walkable.Oh, and if you have a dog, you'll fit in well here. Even though you'll pay for a pet deposit, there's a dog park on-site.This place carries FiOS at a surprisingly good price and the bills have been very reasonable (you'll need to set up electricity and renter's insurance independently).Any other questions?
