PET FRIENDLY LARGE yard with garden beds, fully fenced, dog door. Tenant to water the plants/ lawn and mow when needed. Lawnmower and other garden tools are provided. Gardening encouraged! Shared use of additional storage shed on the property (owner stores yard work supplies here). Washer, dryer, microwave, AC unit included. Heat is primarily gas stove (recently installed a new blower for energy efficiency) with supplementary electric wall heat. Property receives quarterly exterior pest control spray from Prosite and is paid for by property owner. Pets: up to 3 pets total. Approval on a case by case basis.
