If you ever wanted be on survivor, wondered where deliverance was filmed or are related to Tarzan, you might want to live here. It is close enough to the city, yet the neighbors have been known to raise chickens (till the coyotes ate them all), horses and yes, there was even a monkey (hence the Tarzan reference). We've yet to find a wild elephant, although if you look closely at the pictures, you may see one. Any who, the well is 141' deep and is newer (and by newer I mean the opposite of older), okay it is not the original well, although that is still there also. There is very good steady water pressure, a water softener and with full price offer seller's have agreed to throw in a free bag of salt (estimated value $4.99). All appliances stay and are covered by Warranty. Original house was built in 1950 and was rebuilt in 2003. Imagine the envy of your friends when they find out you can illegally hunt on your own land, and with any luck, kill Bambi's mother. Boy R U heartless?
