One of the best things about our park is that it is one of the first turns after crossing the bridge to get onto the island, this avoids the very busy island traffic...easy on, easy off. We have always maintained a beautiful place. We have reduced the price and feel it is very fair, but will entertain reasonable offers. Price does not include the new owner lease transfer fee of $3500. The $5550 lot rent will be prorated at the time of sale. Over the years our family has created many wonderful memories in this community. Often entertaining 6 to 8 weekend guests. Having the extra shower and our lot is next door to the bathhouse has definitely been an advantage.
