Right at downtown of Lenoir city in a lovely neighborhood, walking distance to shops, restaurants, etc., and there is a brand new large playground and splash pad nearby. This is a lovely, cozy, well-insulated house. The main floor has kitchen, dining room, living room, full bath, washer/dryer area, and a bedroom, totaling about 1100 sq ft. There is also small sunroom next to the kitchen. There is a large bedroom (~400 sq ft) in the basement and lots of extra space in the basement. Yard is small and all fenced in. There is also a large deck in the back. There is a shed outside the basement. Plenty of parking space right in front of the house for at least two cars. There are some cosmetic defects in the house and we are fixing/cleaning it up. It'll become someone's a lovely/comfortable home. Tenants are responsible for all utilities and yard work. No smoking allowed. Up to two non-destructive and non-aggressive pets permitted. $200 non-refundable deposit is required for each pet.
