The house itself has two living rooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a large backyard. We're looking forward to hosting an individual renter who will join three male U of A undergraduate students! 1-year lease starting July 1, 2025. Exact room rental rate to be negotiated with other 3 tenants based on room size. The total cost for the house is $2800, so it should be roughly $700. Utilities will be split among the four renters. No smoking, no pets.
