The lower floor (basement) has 1 bedroom (current tenant's bedroom), 1 bathroom, laundry room, and a 2nd living area. Property has a garage, spacious backyard, and patio (connected to kitchen). Main living area is furnished, with a TV. Kitchen has various appliances and cooking-ware already available for use. One of the two rooms available may be furnished, please contact me to further clarify, as it is the current tenant living there that is trying to sell her furniture. Whole is house is quite spacious, notably the kitchen. Rent is $1,100 per room with a $1,100 security deposit. Utilities not included. Lease would be for the year. Rent is due on the 1st of every month. Lease is 12 months.
