In the evening, there are numerous lights to adjust to get that 'perfect' ambience ... :-) LOCATION: It's situated North East of the city (you can see the tallest city buildings from the house) and it's true urban living with eclectic, and diverse residents. If payment is 5 days late, the Owner may file for removal, change locks, and remove all belongings that remain from inside the unit. Owner pays all utilities (elec, gas, water), cable bill, internet, manages trash, and keeps walkways and courtyards clear and attractive. AirBnB unit is below and the courtyard is shared. House is fully furnished and all belongings are made available for use from the Tenant, from towels, linens, to incidentals in bathroom. Tenant is responsible for any consumable items such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, body bath, and all food items in kitchen. Pictures are taken on the day of occupancy and are mutually viewed as evidence of items located in apartment. Pictures will be used as baseline for refund of deposit. Roku device is available for use and has it's own account. Tenant may program their own Netflix, HULU, HBO, etc. ID, but is also welcome to use available Amazon prime free items only, and standard access to Netflix. Any purchases made through these accounts will be billed to the tenant and is their responsibility to reimburse the Owner.
