Being across from cemetery, there's plenty of room to park close. House is fully furnished, private, and with starter hosting kit that allows you to just bring a suitcase. Host kit: consumable items such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, body bath, and all food items in kitchen. Of course you also get use of a fully stocked kitchen, all sorts of towels, bed linens, etc.... Pictures are taken on the day of occupancy and are mutually viewed as evidence of items located in the apartment. Pictures will be used as baseline for refund of deposit and a shared google photos folder is made. Term can be 6m with an option to extend (1m prior notice).
