Large Lopi wood-burning fireplace insert is beautiful and so warm on cold winter nights. Furnishings include a refinished antique upright- grand piano with nice light touch and beautiful sound. Lease term one year starting as soon as June 6, 2025. Renters are responsible for all utilities, including water, electricity, gas, and trash. Pet fee of $20/month for each pet of any size (max 3) and additional $200 deposit. Renters are responsible for basic indoor and outdoor maintenance, including appliance and lawn care or we can arrange care for a reasonable cost. No smoking of any kind is permitted in the home.
