    Construction finished in August of 2021. We are very sad to have to leave our brand new home, but our jobs are taking us elsewhere. This house is brand new and we added many upgrades (approximately $30k) beyond the standard floorplan from Progressive Builders. The base of this house would cost you $347,000 right now with no upgrades and you would have to wait at least 6 months for it to be completed. This is an extra large corner lot with no sidewalks to shovel! No neighbors behind you and a small side street that you could use for boats, trailers, etc. during the summer (you can see my truck parked there in the main photo). A few standard features the house includes are: custom wood stained cabinets and trim, granite kitchen and bathroom countertops, an extra large master bedroom (14' x 20') with it's own full bathroom and walk in closet, and an unfinished basement with under stair storage. The following are the upgrades we did beyond the base: 1. Upgraded heavy duty LVP flooring in main level (except bedrooms), bathrooms, and entry way. High traffic upgraded carpeting on entry stairs leading upstairs and to the basement. (Base had builder grade carpeting in family room and on stairs, builder grade LVP in main floor, and laminate glued flooring in bathrooms and entryway) 2. Extra storage pantry cabinet added to the kitchen on top of the included cabinetry and walk in pantry. 3. WiFi controlled, ultra quiet, belt drive garage door openers. (Base does not come with any openers at all) 4. Fully insulated and finished garage, including garage doors, with a pre-installed gas line for a garage heater. (Base is not fully insulated and is only partially drywalled with no gas line) 5. We had the back yard completely cleared of brush with sod and sprinklers all the way back to the property line. (Base does not include this on the South side of Esther) 6. Brand new 5 foot black vinyl coated chain link fence surrounding extra large backyard (see photos). Fence company provides a 10 year warranty on parts and labor. 7. 6' x 12' concrete patio off of walk out basement door. (Base just has grass all the way up to the door) 8. Custom double honeycomb cellular shades installed on the extra large windows in the living room and master suite. 2 other bedrooms have custom faux wood blinds installed. All blinds will remain with the house. 9. Garbage disposal in kitchen. 10. Living room and master have outlets up high to mount TV's and have no wiring showing. Very clean look! TV mount in living room will stay with the house. 11. Ceiling fan in living room. 12. Full view storm door with retractable screen. (Base does not include a storm door at all) 13. USB outlets in living room and both side of master bed. 14. Upgraded LG front load smart washer and dryer. Our loss is your gain! Immaculate house that has barely been lived in. Peace of mind with warranties and everything is brand new! We are NOT looking for a selling agent. We have an agent that we will use if we cannot sell it on our own.
