What more can I say, our corner 4 unit building on Fulton at Clayton overlooks Malloy Hall. We've kept it for USF students. Parents praise my wife and I are being hands-on owners. The second bathroom is inside the bigger bedroom which easily holds two beds. It normally rents for much higher, so there is demand.. What USF student would not want to live right across the street?
