I have a very nice room for someone to sublet from January to May 2015. I am going abroad during the Spring semester and need someone to sublet my room. VERY close to campus (seriously, just google it; you are on campus in fifteen steps). Rent is 360/m plus utilities, but I will pay $100 per month so that the rent is only $260, which is very cheap for it's location. Four other girl roommates will be in the house and all split utilities, cleaning, ect. It is a two story house with a basement, a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and LARGE pantry. House is in tip top shape and was built in the 1920's, so it has nice white plaster walls with wood trim. If you want it furnished I will negotiate leaving my bed, dresser, desk, bookcases, and futon for your use (but please take care of them, the bed and dresser are very old and dear to me!). We have wifi but no cable. No cats or dogs.
