Guests will enter through the door on the front porch by using a digital keypad. Step inside the living room with a decorative fireplace, creating a cozy atmosphere. Adjacent to the living room is the dining room and a hallway that leads to three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Continuing through the dining room, you'll discover a well-equipped kitchen, a laundry room, and the downstairs bedroom furnished with a comfy bed, sofa, and access to the backyard. Moving outside, the backyard is a haven for leisure and enjoyment with a patio featuring comfortable outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill. The refreshing swimming pool awaits you for a dip or a relaxing swim. Pets are welcome for an additional fee. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. Our house sits in close proximity to the heart of downtown Montgomery. With its central location, it offers convenient access to the city's amenities such as grocery stores, great restaurants, parks, museums, and more. We are just a few minutes away from Jackson Hospital and Alabama State University. The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home. We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check-in via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay. No parties or events are permitted at the home. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, your reservation will be canceled, and you will be required to leave the property immediately without any refunds. Smoking is prohibited, and an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred if any signs of smoking are found. Pets must be crated when left unattended, and they are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard.
